There is an online bill pay website called Doxo.com. While it appears to be affiliated with Town of Del Norte Water Services, IT IS NOT.

Doxo.com is third-party website that allows people to pay their water bills via their site. However, doxo.com may charge customers extra fees, and DNWS cannot control when we will receive the payments from doxo.com or if we will every receive payment at all, possibly resulting in a late payment fee being applied to your account or even disconnection due to non-payment.

To make sure you’re paying DNWS directly, use the link –  https://www.colorado.gov/payment/delnorte. This is the only official online payment. Otherwise mail us a check or drop off your payment at town hall office. 

As always, if you receive suspicious phone calls or emails, from someone claiming to be a representative of the Town of Del Norte Water Services or requesting payment, please call us at 719-657-2708
